Terms of Service

Kru Rémi Academy (kruremi.com) provides French lessons and learning resources: free articles and guides, and paid products such as TCF Canada practice packs and exam guides. Lessons themselves are arranged directly with Rémi through the contact channels on the site.

Some features require an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: an account is personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see “Fair use”).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Practice packs give access for the period shown at purchase (for example 30 days); guides are one-time purchases attached to your account. Prices and what each product includes are shown clearly before you pay.

If something goes wrong with a purchase — you were charged but did not receive access, or charged twice — contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or republish the paid content or your account access;
• copy or scrape the site's content, exercises, or corrections at scale;
• abuse the AI tools (automated or excessive requests) — they are for your own personal study.

The practice tools use AI to estimate your level and correct your French. This feedback is a study aid, not an official exam result — real TCF, DELF, and DALF scores are decided only by the official examination bodies. AI can make mistakes; use the feedback as guidance.

All content on this site (lessons, exercises, corrections, articles, recordings) is the property of Kru Rémi Academy unless stated otherwise. You may use it for your personal study only.

We work to keep the site fast and available, but we cannot promise zero downtime or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from the use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, where Kru Rémi Academy is based.
